7-Day Morning Breath | November 2026
Seven mornings. Ten minutes. A little space to simply be.
What might change if you began your day by pausing, rather than rushing straight into it?
Join me for seven consecutive mornings at 6:45 am GMT, as we take ten minutes to connect with our breath and create a little more steadiness at the start of the day.
There’s no complicated breathing technique to learn, no need to take deep breaths, and nothing you need to achieve. We'll simply bring our attention to the breath, noticing its natural rhythm and allowing ourselves a few moments to arrive in the present.
Why the breath?
Our breathing is closely connected to our nervous system and our stress response. When we're busy, overwhelmed or under pressure, our breathing can change without us even realising it.
By bringing the light of our awareness to the breath, we create an opportunity to notice what's happening within us. We can begin to recognise when we're rushing, holding tension or moving through the day on autopilot.
Sometimes, the simple act of noticing can create a little space between what's happening around us and how we respond.
Our breath offers us an anchor to return to, not because it makes every difficult feeling disappear, but because it gives us a moment to pause, reconnect with ourselves and meet the day with greater awareness.
What to expect
-
Seven consecutive mornings of shared breathing practice.
-
Ten minutes each morning to pause and notice your natural breath.
-
A gentle, supportive space to begin the day with greater awareness.
-
A simple practice you can return to long after our seven days together.
You don't need any previous experience. You don't need to be good at meditation. And you don't need to arrive feeling calm.
Just bring yourself, exactly as you are.
A small pause can make a difference
This isn't about adding another task to your morning or finding a way to become a better version of yourself.
It's an invitation to begin the day a little differently. To notice your breath before the emails, the to-do lists and the demands of everyday life begin.
Seven mornings to practise pausing. Ten minutes to reconnect. A simple reminder that you can return to yourself, one breath at a time.
I'd love you to join me.
