This isn’t talk therapy — though we do talk, and you’ll be deeply heard.
We work with your body and your unconscious mind — the places where real, sustainable healing happens.
You’ll learn how to create deep safety in your system, and we’ll gently access the root of what’s been keeping you stuck — emotionally, physically, or both.
Every session is guided by where you are on that day. There’s no pressure to “perform” your healing — just space to meet yourself in a new, more compassionate way.

Your 6-Month Journey
Sessions 1-3: Creating deep safety & mapping patterns
We begin by building safety in the body — learning how to slow down, regulate, and feel. We map unconscious beliefs and emotional patterns that have shaped how you respond to life.
Sessions 4-6: Processing Trauma & Emotional Imprints
We begin to gently process unresolved emotional energy, stored trauma, and survival patterns — without re-living the story. The goal is completion, not repetition.
Sessions 7-9: Integration & Expansion
Now that there’s more space in your system, we strengthen your self-trust, integrate the shifts, and begin anchoring new ways of being.

What You'll Receive
Nine 1:1 sessions over 6 months
Financial Investment: £1250
(Payment plans available)
Time Investment: First session is approximately 2 hours. Each session thereafter approx 75 mins.
(I never rush sessions to completion - we take the time that's needed).
This work is available both online and in-person, depending on what feels right for you.
In-person sessions take place in my peaceful space nestled in the forest — a quiet, restorative environment in the heart of the New Forest - Burley.
If you’re travelling from further afield, there’s also the option to stay overnight in our tranquil forest setting — giving you time and space to land more deeply into the work.
Whether online or in-person, you’ll have ongoing support between sessions, so you're never left holding things alone. This is a container for real change — not just the hours we're together.
